Once you have booked Levar...
Q: Who handles travel arrangements - my organization, the booking agency, or the speaker?
A: We ask the sponsoring organization to book Levar's lodging, when needed and to provide or book transportation for Levar in the event city. If Levar is coming from out of town, our office will book his flight tickets. If you need help with any or all travel arrangements, or need to book all arrangements through your organization for any reason, we will do everything we can to accommodate those needs.
Q: Can your company provide materials to help us promote our speaking engagement?
A: Absolutely. Please let us know what you need and we're happy to provide anything we have available- whether it's a speaker's photo, biography, introductions and/or posters etc. Just ask.
Q: Can we communicate directly with a speaker before the engagement?
A: Once booked for a speaking engagement, Levar always strives to deliver the most engaging and thought-provoking program possible. He realizes speaking with someone at your organization prior to the engagement may help him fine-tune his program to address your group specifically.
